Play with joy,
stay responsible
At 99abc, we believe gaming should be a source of entertainment — not stress. Your well-being and mental health are our highest priority.
What does responsible gaming mean at 99abc?
Online gaming is a legitimate form of entertainment, but it is essential to keep it under control at all times. 99abc is committed to ensuring the safety of every player. We aim to create an environment where gaming stays enjoyable and never becomes harmful.
Responsible gaming means deciding for yourself how long you play, how much you spend, and when to take a break. 99abc provides various tools and features to help you make those decisions. Remember, gaming is never a solution to financial problems — it is simply entertainment.
We firmly believe that an informed and protected player enjoys the most in the long run. That is why at 99abc we do not just offer games — we stay by your side to make sure your gaming experience remains positive at all times.
Our features for your safety
Deposit Limit
You can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once set, it takes effect immediately, and increasing it requires a waiting period.
Time-Out Break
If you feel you need a break, you can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. During this period, logging in or making deposits will not be possible.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is getting out of control, you can use self-exclusion to close your account for an extended period. Our support team will assist you with this.
Session Time Limit
Decide in advance how long you will play in each session. Once the set time is up, 99abc will automatically remind you.
View Gaming History
You can view a detailed record of all your deposits, withdrawals, and betting activity in your account — which helps you assess your own habits.
24/7 Support
If you have any concerns about gaming, contact us at any time via live chat or email. You can communicate in Bengali — we are always here for you.
For ages 21 and above only
The 21+ age restriction is strictly enforced
You must be at least 21 years old to register and play at 99abc. We take the age verification process very seriously. Protecting minors from gaming is our primary responsibility.
When opening an account or at any stage thereafter, we may request a national identity card or other valid documents to verify your age. If a minor uses your device, it is your responsibility as a parent or guardian to prevent them from accessing this site.
If you suspect that a minor has accessed your account, please notify our support team immediately. We will take prompt action.
Signs of problematic gaming
If any of the following applies to you, please consider seeking help.
- Repeatedly increasing bets in hopes of recovering lost money — this is known as "chasing losses" and is very dangerous.
- Spending more than your set budget and continuing to play regardless.
- Spending excessive time gaming while neglecting family, friends, or work responsibilities.
- Borrowing money or dipping into savings for gaming — financial pressure building up is an early sign of a serious problem.
- Repeatedly returning to gaming despite trying to stop, and feeling a loss of control.
- Lying to or hiding gaming activity from family or friends.
- Feeling anxious, irritable, or mentally restless when not gaming.

Tips for enjoying responsibly
Set a fixed budget before you play and never exceed that limit under any circumstances. Only bet an amount whose loss will not affect your daily life.
Take regular breaks instead of playing for long stretches at a time. Taking at least a 10–15 minute break every hour is a good habit.
Spend time with family, friends, and hobbies rather than making gaming your only source of entertainment. A varied lifestyle helps maintain mental balance.
Avoid playing when you are tired, under stress, or emotionally driven. Playing with a clear and calm mind leads to better decisions.
Do not think of gaming as a source of income. It is a place for entertainment — prioritize enjoyment over winning.
Ask yourself from time to time — am I in control? If the answer is no, seek help right away.
